The architecture of Harmoniq is not a hierarchy of power (who commands whom), but a stratification of purposes (who enables what), developed through four logical layers, each with a specific function in transforming abstract strategy into concrete value for the customer:

• Layer 3: Adaptive Design: acts as a technological radar to validate, explore, consolidate, and concretely implement solutions and products for the market.
• Layer 4: Value Flow: the beating heart of the organization, where strategy is translated into a continuous flow, maximizing the Value-to-Market per customer/market through multiple instances modeled on specific external dynamics.
